Alcott Has Gone Digital!
For the 2019-2020 school year, all parents in Riverside Unified will need
to create a parent portal.
Once your portal is set up, you will need to complete
Data Confirmation online under the Student Tab.
After Data Confirmation is complete, you will need to print and return the
following documents to the office:
1. Student Emergency Card - Print and return to office
including Medical Information and various authorizations.
2. Student Residency Questionnaire - Print and return to office
3. Health History Form - Print and return to the office
