When someone other than parent/legal guardian is picking up a student from school early they MUST provide written documentation EACH TIME with the following information:
The note must state :
- the parent(s) full name,
- the name of the person authorized to pick up,
- the name of the student(s),
- the corresponding date
- and it must be signed.
If there are several families living in the same home and the authorized person is picking up all of the children, we need a separate note from their parents. We will accept an email with the requested information if the note was unable to be written but a handwritten note is preferred.
Please be advised that students will not be pulled out of class prior to parent/guardian arrival. The parent(s)/legal guardian/authorized person must physically sign them out in order to pull them out of class.
